What courier company do boomeshop.com use?
We use G.A.P Akis Express Service that has offices in all cities and most towns in Cyprus. You can either pick up your package from your local office or they can deliver to an address of your choice. See Delivery & Returns policy.
 

Can I track my order?
We will send your order out within 5 working days from the time you receive the confirmation email. If you do not receive you`re package within this time frame then email us on info@boomeshop.com or call on 96721755
 

How do I return an item?

Can I change my order?
You can change your order before you receive the confirmation email as once this has happened it will be dispatched. You can easily return any part of your order by following the Delivery & Returns Policy.
 

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before you receive the confirmation email as once this has happened it will be dispatched. Please send us an email informing us of the cancelation.
 

A mistake has been made with my order
If in the unlikely event we have made a mistake in your order then you must contact us by email on info@boomeshop.com and we will arrange for pick up and delivery of the correct item. See details in Delivery & Returns policy.
 

I have received a faulty item

Have you received my return?
You will receive an email from boomeshop.com informing you that we have received your return and what action will take place I.e credit note issued, replacement product sent.
 

When will I receive my replacement?
You will receive the replacement within 5 working days of receiveing the confirmation letter.
 

How do I pay for my order?
See Delivery & Returns policy. You will pay cash (Euro only) on delivery. The package will only be handed over if the full amount is paid. You will find your invoice inside the package.
 

Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?
We do not refund the delivery charge on an exchange, cancelation or change to the order. We will arrange collection and replacement free of charge only if the product is faulty, damaged or if we have made a mistake on the order.
 

I have lost my return note
Not a problem! Contact us with your full name, telephone, address and customer number (if you can remember it!). Tell us what you will be returning and needing in replacement and we will reply immediately.
 

Can I contact you by phone?
You can call or text us on 96721755 at any time. If we do not answer your call immediately we will get back to you as soon as possible.
 

A product is showing out of stock, will you be selling it again?
If it is visible on our site then we will be getting soon! Let us know you are interested by sending an email. Also if there is a product that you cannot find and would like to make an inquiry then contact us and we can check for availability.
